Complete industrial or technical studies (BWL, economic engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification Insufficient experience in operational and strategic purchasing, ideally in a mechanical engineering, special machine construction or manufacturing industry environment Negotiation security and sovereign appearance in dealing with suppliers, including at international level Analytical and strategic thinking leadership experience or ability to empower, develop and lead a team through change processes German and English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office Decision strength, enforcement capacity and pronounced solution orientation, in particular in technical and supply chain-relevant issues
