Care of young talents: You support the organizational and administrative support of our trainees and dual students and get exciting insights into the training of commercial and IT-related professional images and courses. Recruiting & Selection Processes: You actively participate in our multi-stage selection process, accompany the applicant:in-management, supported in the feedback process and help in the planning and organisation of the Welcome Week for our young talents. Contract Management & Personnel Administration: You support administrative personnel processes and gain valuable insights into contract management as well as basic labour law in the training environment. Conception & presentation creation: You’re researching current developments and trends in the young talent sector, preparing relevant topics and creating targeted presentations and decision templates. Process support & organization: You contribute to a variety of organizational tasks, support the development of existing processes and contribute to a positive candidate and employee experience. Responsible work: You take your own task packages and projects, introduce your ideas and support the development of innovative solutions for the recovery and care of young people.

Studies: You are intangible in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or a comparable discipline. Interest in HR topics: You are passionate about personal economic issues, talent management and modern and agile ways of working and want to further develop your knowledge in these areas. Analytical & Structured Operation: You take on tasks organized and independent, work carefully and have a strong sense of quality. Own initiative & solution orientation: You think proactively, introduce your own ideas and develop individual and pragmatic solutions for different challenges. Practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the human resources sector, recruiting or talent management and want to deepen it in a targeted way. Communication strength & team capacity: You like to work with different stakeholders: both together, convince by your open communication and contribute to a positive cooperation in the team. You have very good German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2). .
