As an object management in the Facility Management (FM), you are responsible for the organization and monitoring of the building equipment at our local customer in Cologne. You lead a team of object technicians and subcontractors, and ensure that all maintenance, inspection and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations.
