Data Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Conception, construction and establishment of scalable data quality processes across business areas and countries, including harmonisation and prioritization of requirements Design and introduction of a uniform issue management process for the efficient collection, classification and forwarding of data quality — e.g. B. supported by a chatbot for reporting and routing Development of comprehensive guidelines for data quality: standards for rule definition, monitoring, documentation, escalation paths and reporting formats Design of a central, user-friendly data quality solution that offers both business users and technical teams transparency and ability to act Cooperation with Data Engineers, Product Managers, Data Protection and Information Security for Technical Implementation and Compliance Structure of KPIs, dashboards and automated monitoring/aging mechanisms to measure and control data quality piloting, rollout and continuous optimization of processes, tools and operating models; Training and enablement of stakeholders Control of Change and Stakeholder Management activities for the sustainable implementation of governance measures

Multiannual experience in data governance / data quality with demonstrable successes in process and solution design Practical experience in building issue management processes; Knowledge about chatbot-based automation and routing are a plus Understanding data quality frameworks, rule definition, monitoring approaches and documentation and reporting standards Experience in designing key data quality/compliance solutions and switching between business and technology stakeholders Technical understanding of data platforms and data integration; safe handling of SQL; Script skills (e.g. Python) Impressed communication and moderation capabilities, enforcement capacity and pragmatism in implementation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
