The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and is regarded as a recognised technical service provider at national and international level – in the design of solutions, the support of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services.

Activity

• Creating technical contributions to reference/IT security architecture to implement cloud technology
• formulation of requirements and criteria for potential suppliers of components, systems, services
• Content representation of technical and technical documents and professional support to customers and authorities
• Creation and updating of individual technical text contributions for standards in the implementation of reference/IT security architectures
• Analysis of IT system architectures and IT security architectures in particular with regard to high availability requirements
• Assessment of technical reports and implementation of technical requirements to documents and technical environments provided by customers
• Analysis of the possible test/validation/ verification steps of individual components or Total solutions by automated test executions

Preconditions

• Successfully completed engineering studies and several years of relevant experience, e.g. electrical engineering, information technology, technical computer science
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of IT infrastructure design, network design, the management of complex hardware, software and network environments and in the setup and configuration of IT security devices incl. Knowledge of the underlying specifications
• Experience in the implementation of remote connections/network couplings of different communication systems
• knowledge and experience with regulations and procedures of the Bundeswehr and NATO would be advantageous
• Customer and solution-oriented work
• Very good German and English skills
• Standing for occasional missions
