For the in-house medical and rescue service (SRD) of the central contact point for asylum seekers (m/w/d) of the state of Saxony-Anhalt in Halberstadt, we are looking for a location manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time. The SRD secures and supports the MediCare area as part of the agreed operating times.

The body must be filled in full time (39 hours/week). The operating times are fixed all year round on 365 days with 12 hours daily. actively shape structures, processes and team culture with us.

Creation of schedules Implementation of quality management requirements Planning and performing team meetings Contact person for authorities, body management and police Coordination in emergency cases (e.g. conflicts, medical emergencies, fire) Documentation of incidents and reporting Enforcement of housekeeping and compliance with occupational safety Of course, you are also active in the operational service and make an important contribution to patient care. You keep the processes and structures in top form (including medical devices, hygiene, storage) Reports on deficiencies take you seriously and actively assist in their quick and careful fixation In exciting projects, you bring your ideas and commitment to constantly improve our processes and standards

Complete training required as emergency medical devices Operational rescue service experience required Knowledge of QM systems & basic commercial knowledge Good computer skills (MS Office) Basic knowledge of labour law (AVR) Basic knowledge of vehicle technology Training to Internal Auditor desirable High social competence, team skills & communication strength Willingness to shift work and mental & physical resilience Driving licence class C1 A positive basic attitude to the Christian values of Malteser
