Galvanizer (m/f/d)

Operation and control of the electroplating systems for surface cleaning and finishing of components according to defined process parameters Regular quality controls, including visual checks, layer thickness measurements and documentation of results and process parameters Approval and control of electroplating baths by exact weighing and metering of the chemicals according to prescribed formulations Maintenance and cleaning work on the electroplating baths order picking and preparation of galvanized components for the further production process or dispatch Collection and documentation of all relevant production and quality data

Complete technical training (e.g. surface coating, chemical, production technology chemistry, process mechanic or comparable) or several years of experience in electroplating Basic knowledge in chemistry, especially in the handling of chemicals and safety regulations readiness to work shifts and a high degree of flexibility A sense of responsibility and a careful, quality-conscious way of working Technical understanding and craftsmanship Teamability and an independent and structured way of working
