Clerks wanted for the appointment of election assistants (m/f/d)

The election office of the city of Hanover is looking for the 2026 local elections, the election of the regional president or the regional president, the election of the Mayor or the Mayor of the Mayor on the 13th. September 2026 with possible stitch selection on 27th September 2026 for the election aid occupation 4 employees for the period of 15 June to 2 October 2026 in full time.

The task of the electoral service is done in the team. There are about 4,000 volunteers for work on the electoral days (13 September) and for the possible deadline 27. September 2026). Every employee is working a separate area of about 100 constituencies. The task requires good PC knowledge as well as safe handling with Word and Excel. In addition, employees should be resilient, team-capable, friendly and communicative (many phone calls).

Regular weekly working hours are 39 hours. At the end of the election weekends, a weekend effort is required, before that – even on Saturdays – there can be additional work, a certain chronological flexibility after the task is required.
