Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

You take care of maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of construction machines, wheel loaders, excavators, rams, ants and other storage technology – both in the workshop and directly with the customer. You set up mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, exchange original or Initial equipment spare parts and ensures that machines are quickly used again reliably. You carry out DGUV and UVV tests and take part in special modifications and individual technical adaptations to construction machines, trucks, and warehouse technology. Self-responsibility instead of standstill: You take on workshop and external services independently and can use your technical skills directly. Varied technology: From construction machines and wheel loaders to trucks, warehouse technology and individual special constructions, you work on a versatile machine park. You have a completed training as a KFZ mechatronic engineer or land and construction machine mechatronic engineer and have at least 4 years relevant professional experience in the maintenance and repair of construction machines, forklift trucks, industrial trucks or commercial vehicles. You control hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, vehicle electronics and diesel engine technology and are safe in the systematic troubleshooting with modern measuring, testing and diagnostic devices as well as in handling technical drawings and schematics. You know yourself with electric, diesel and propellant gas trucks and experience with hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, suspensions, brake and steering systems as well as attachments; a driving licence class B, BE or C/CE completes your profile.
