Team Leader – Quality Management System, Network Construction (m/f/d)

You build the quality management system for our network construction projects, are responsible for their ongoing development and ensure that standards, methods and specifications become practical and apply in the fields, project teams and management. You develop the quality strategy for our network construction projects and anchor a uniform understanding of quality in the organization. Your team consists of quality management officers, QM-Product-Ownern, QM-Auditors and process managers, which you develop professionally and organizationally. Your insights from audits, projects, Lessons Learned and Improvement Initiatives allow you to systematically integrate into the further development of the system. In addition, design and control the process landscape of our network construction projects, create transparency about responsibilities and processes, identify standardization, automation and digitization potentials and drive their implementation together with the relevant interfaces.

You have experience in quality, process and organization management, in the construction and development of management systems or a comparable qualification. Complex organizations can effectively control you through standards, processes and clear governance. You bring leadership experience or have already successfully managed teams, programs or major change projects. It is easy for you to establish sustainable improvements, bring together different interests and win people for common standards and procedures. You think several steps ahead and drive themes forward independently.
