Responsibility for employee management in close cooperation with the Care Director Ensuring care quality and promoting a learning team culture and targeted personnel development Responsibility for service and deployment planning and initiation of digitalisation and innovation projects Accompanying the restructuring of the intensive care unit including the construction of an IMC unit Operational further development according to modern care concepts, optimization of structures and processes as well as the introduction of innovative care and organisational models

Completed training Health and nursing with further education Intensive/Anaesthesia leadership qualification (e.g. station management) and multi-year experience in intensive care First leadership experience as well as strong change and innovation competence Strategic thinking and active participation of change and development processes High communication and social competence with enforcement
