About the company

Our client is an internationally oriented medium-sized company from the manufacturing industry with several production sites in Germany. The company is in a dynamic environment with high operational timing and clear quality and compliance requirements.

HR management of production and logistics areas at two locations with a total of around 200 employees Control and coordination of the entire recruiting process for white and blue-collar positions, including appointment and independent implementation of interviews Close cooperation with executives in personnel planning, short-term personal measures and onboarding and offboarding processes in the production and logistics environment Preparation, coordination and prosecution of personnel and recruiting budgets Accompanying internal and external audits and ensuring HR-side documentation and preparation Creation of reports and overviews in the recruiting environment and coordination of central information with internal interfaces Cooperation with the international HR team & reporting to the global personnel management

Founded professional experience in a HR role with a strong focus on the production environment, ideally as HR Business Partner or comparable function Very good knowledge of recruiting professional and commercial employees Experience in dealing with short-term, reaction-intensive HR topics in the industrial environment safe handling of HR metrics and reporting; Experience with HR systems of advantage SAP knowledge is desirable; Ready to work quickly into new HR tools Structured, high-speed operation and strong communication skills at eye level with executives readiness for regular presence at the main site and day-by-day activity at a second location

The gross annual salary is based on your professional experience and qualifications. In addition to a fixed content + bonus control, a service car is optionally available for private use
