Analysis and evaluation of relevant applications in the fields of innovation, artificial intelligence, agent systems, automation and data-driven technologies with a view to GOLDBECK's real estate products and processes Structured evaluation, prioritization and control of cross-thematic innovation and development projects, from start to handover to the specialist areas Support for the company-wide AI enablement through knowledge building, training, workshops and targeted communication Translation of complex technology topics into understandable and practical recommendations for action as well as preparation, documentation and presentation of development results

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the field of innovation, for example in the field of AI, digitization, R&E or strategy, is advantageous Understanding processes and challenges in the construction, real estate or infrastructure industry Quick understanding, proactive work and understanding of technical tasks and complex relationships Funded thinking of the future and a secure sense of relevant technological and social developments Communication strength, creative thinking and strong team spirit Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
