Monitoring of alarm messages within the telecommunications and IT network
Implementation of first error analysis and troubleshooting within the 1st level support
Administrative tasks in system operation
Telephone and written exchange with internal departments and external partners
Ticket management as part of the Incident process (creation, processing, forwarding)
Documentation of incidents and problem solutions
Ideally completed vocational training
Enthusiasm for technology, in particular IT or telecommunications
Experiences with ticket systems and knowledge in the directional radio range are advantageous
Safe handling of the PC and common MS Office applications
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
Willingness to shiftwork (24/7) and occasional missions
Self-organized, analytical and structured operation
Good networked thinking and quick understanding
