You are a central contact point for our customers, representations and application engineers worldwide Disposition and coordination of service operations appointments with customers and processing of repair orders and service requests Creation of order confirmations and settlement in accounting for service operations Telephone and digital consulting Implementation of remote maintenance and error analyses incl. Archiving and forwarding Preparation, pre-installation and configuration of TMS PCs Organisation of the required hardware and software equipment Participation in software installations, updates and further development of TMS software Creation of instructions and workflows as well as maintenance of internal TMS information pages Data management in the ERP system

(m/w/d) or comparable to a high affinity for mechanical engineering Experience in the processing of commercial processes Technical understanding, in particular in the IT environment (PC hardware, software installations, networks) Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally with knowledge in the MS SQL server Basic knowledge of CAM interfaces and CNC machining tools of advantage Structured, customer-oriented and flexible operation Embossed team skills and organizational talent Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
