Our customers (m/w/d) receive and attend. You are also the first and personal contact person (m/w/d). You make sure our clientele feels comfortable during your stay. Open and sympathetic to customers (m/w/d), take their wishes and questions seriously and live customer orientation and service quality at a high level. The appointment, accounting and complaints in the service process are part of your task. Data management and vehicle connectivity complete your task profile.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally you are a trained car businessman (m/w/d) or you have a comparable training. For at least 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in customer contact, you have. You use your communication strength for both customer service and team collaboration. You have a quick understanding, are always helpful and a real team player (m/w/d). Also in stress situations, you are resting in person and punctured by your charm and friendliness.
