Process Manager Grid Connection Processes / Connection Systems (m/f/d)

You actively accompany the digital transformation of application and contract management for construction projects in the field of energy systems and media (electricity, gas, district heating).

You analyze existing processes in application and contract management, identify optimization potentials and implement efficient new processes.

You control and are responsible for change and transformation management in the introduction of new digital solutions, such as a digital customer portal, and actively accompany employees through this change.

You act as a specialist, advise your subject area, ensure quality and efficiency and ensure compliance with all relevant technical, legal and economic conditions (e.g. EEG, EnWG).

You take over the planning, coordination and successful implementation of network connection projects for electricity, gas, district heating and in future also hydrogen.

You coordinate communication with various internal and external stakeholders (enterprises, authorities, investors) and translate complex technical and legal issues intelligible.

You have successfully completed a Master/Diplom degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, Energy Economics.

You have a multi-year professional experience in connection with or a similar energy-related environment, ideally with a sound background in process or change management.

You have a digital way of thinking and have already gained experience in implementing and using digital systems (e.g. customer portals, process automation).

You are safe in dealing with the relevant energy regulatory frameworks, such as the EEG and the EnWG, as well as with the technical requirements in the field of network connection.

You are characterized by pronounced communication and moderation capabilities, enforcement strength, a structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and a high self-initiative.
