You develop and implement a urban building strategy. These include strategic modelling, guidelines, objectives and time and priorities. You have a completed study of urban planning or urban development, architecture with a focus on urban planning, or a comparable planning study with very good knowledge of construction planning. You have professional experience, ideally in strategic urban development with knowledge and experience in municipal processes and in the design of complex decision-making processes as well as in project and participation management. In addition to good knowledge in building planning law, knowledge of property processes is advantageous. For strategic area and location testing, you use your planning, conceptual and analytical skills as well as your strong ability to obtain information. You have understanding of political relationships and convince by your sovereign appearance and negotiation skills combined with high presentation and moderation skills. You work motivated, cooperative and conflictable, you like to network and drive themes proactively.
