• Analysis and evaluation of existing assembly, testing and production processes in series production

• Identification and implementation of technological and process optimizations

• Introduction and further development of Lean methods and standards in final production

• Implementation of value flow analyses and derivation of concrete improvement measures

• Close cooperation with internal technologists and production areas along value flows

• Completion of disciplines for the independent application of lean and optimization methods

• Sustainable stabilisation and further development of optimized processes

• Monitoring relevant key figures (productivity, quality, transit time etc.) and derivation of measures

• Multiannual, well-founded experience in the analysis and optimization of assembly processes in series production (ideally electronics or comparable industry)

• Embossed Lean Management Experience (e.g. Value Stream Design, Kaizen, 5S, Shopfloor Management)

• Generalist understanding of production processes, technologies and relationships in production

• Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and technologists

• High analytical competence as well as structured and data-based working methods

• Enforcement and persuasiveness in change processes

• Very good communication skills and joy in knowledge transfer

• Sustainable thinking with focus on stable, scalable solutions
