Strategic maintenance and maintenance planning: Development and implementation of a maintenance and maintenance strategy for all doors, gates and barrier systems incl. Lifecycle and investment planning and definition of standards and processes.

Complete technical studies or further training as master / state-tested technicians Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, maintenance or in the field of door and door systems Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DGUV, ASR, Workplace Directives, Fire Protection Regulations) and operator requirements Experience in managing service providers and in project management (maintenance and modernization projects) Embossed understanding of safety, availability and cost-effectiveness of technical installations Management experience and high communication strength in handling internal and external contacts
