Economy & Effect: Corporate Responsibility for Result Development, Resource Allocation and Effective Control across All Services Guided Tour & Culture: Direct leadership of the general staff as well as partnership leadership and targeted strengthening of the Volunteer Office; active design of a constructive and effective interaction of the main and honorary office Strategie & Zukunftssicherung: Overall responsibility for the sustainable development of the site – content, organization and financial Programme & Portfolio Development: Conceptual and strategic development of the portfolio of services (including emergency services, training, senior services, hospices, youth and integration work) together with the general expert: Community & bodies: Coordination and preparation of committee work within the organisational structures and representation of the painters in the interior and exterior. Building and maintaining a trusted cooperation with internal and external partners, in particular with the city of Frankfurt, the Church and sponsors Competent & Support: Reliable support of the volunteer and general staff in organizational, economic and legal issues, and the creation of good framework conditions for sustainable voluntary commitment

A completed economic, legal, social or comparable university study Multiannual professional and management experience in comparable structures, ideally in the health or social economy Experience in comparable fields of work of the health and social economy and interest in their strategic development A clear and facing leadership personality that communicates safely, bindingly and addressably with different target groups Entrepreneurial and action-oriented thinking and action – with a view to people and figures Experience in voluntary association work is desirable · Willingness to design flexible working hours, including evening and weekend dates resulting from the role and honorary office Experience in working with voluntary structures as well as an appreciation of voluntary commitment A lively connection to the Catholic Church and identification with our mission
