VIADUKT assists mentally ill people in their everyday life. VIADUKT maintains a differentiated housing offering with special housing and assistance in the living and social areas. The offer is supplemented by FuB and a day's place. VIADUKT is also a carrier of outpatient youth assistance. The Jakob-van-Hoddis House offers assistance for people with mental disabilities in a special form of residence. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full or part-time (80-100 %)

You develop personal targets with the residents and provide assistance in implementing the goals. You provide help and guidance when learning life-structural skills, dealing with disease-related restrictions, expanding and shaping leisure opportunities, life-structural training, psycho-educative group offers. Work is carried out with a reference maintainer system and with detailed help plans, which the respective reference maintainer creates with the client and implements in daily work.

In addition to appropriate training/qualification, we expect the willingness to work for the weekend, teamwork, flexibility, loadability, independent, independent work, expertise in dealing with mentally handicapped persons, positive handling of the self-determination of people with disabilities and a driving licence of class B.
