Hanover is the central location for the playing banks in Lower Saxony and coordinates the comprehensive control processes. In order to strengthen our financial sector in Hanover, we are looking for a dedicated specialist in financial accounting / account book holder (m/w/d), who contributes with expertise and care to the successful management of our commercial processes. Your tasks You participate in the current accounting of the companies and assist in the production of monthly and annual accounts in accordance with applicable accounting rules. You’ll start forecasts and actively participate in the multiannual strategic planning to support business decisions. You process and consider plant accounting including the management, assessment and documentation of investment assets. You set up sales tax pre-registrations independently and ensure their timely delivery and compliance with tax requirements. You prepare statistics and evaluations for internal departments as well as external institutions and authorities. Your profile You have a successfully completed commercial training, for example as an industrial merchant (with several years of experience in accounting), a tax specialist, or a comparable qualification. A further development to the account holder (m/w/d) is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You have professional experience in financial and accounting and bring knowledge in accounting according to HGB. You're sure to deal with MS Office; We require knowledge in the SAP system. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing and communicate safely and professionally. You are characterized by team skills, high reliability and a careful, conscientious, independent and structured way of working.
