Expansion and management of the banking and sales partnerships of an insurance group Identification and implementation of growth and sales potentials Development of products and sales channels together with internal and external stakeholders Optimizing digital processes and developing innovative sales solutions (e.g. AI applications) Conception and implementation of sales-related measures and projects Control of projects including Management-level stakeholder management Further development of the Bancassurance and Partner Strategy incl. Business Cases

Master's degree programme, preferably in business, marketing or an analytically shaped field Relevant professional experience in corporate or strategy consulting or comparable conceptual functions within the financial and/or Insurance sector Experience in product rollouts, the construction of new sales channels and the design of sales promotion Embossed analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented approach High level of responsibility, commitment and team orientation Experience in managing cross-departmental projects, ideally also at the interface to IT/technology Very good knowledge in PowerPoint (especially Storylining) and Excel German and very good English skills
