Self-planning and implementation of construction measures incl. Place visits Creation and maintenance of work costing Cost and timely procurement of equipment, machinery and materials according to Group guidelines Coordination of specialist engineers, consultants, personnel and subcontractors follow-up negotiations in coordination with the group management or independent Monitoring of the construction process and construction site result control Regular coordination with group or division management on technical and human subjects Calculation of yields

Completed engineering studies (FH/TU) with focus on road construction / construction Insufficient professional experience Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and user knowledge in a costing and billing program (ideally ARRIBA/Rib ITWO) Ready-to-use, enforcement and team spirit Self-employed, committed and responsible work
