Project execution and support in the field of medium voltage: planning, control, tracking Contact for customers: expert advice, voting, regular status updates Processing orders, inquiries and complaints: Coordinating procurement, answering inquiries promptly, processing complaints Technical details clarify and plan: Check specifications, clarify open points, create implementation concepts Management of devices and new acquisitions: inventory, procurement, lifecycle management Documenting orders and coordinating professionals: documentation, scheduling, resource management Maintenance and repair: monitor scheduled maintenance, fault analysis, repair measures

Complete vocational training or studies in the technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, energy or automation technology) or comparable qualification Experience in the medium-voltage range as well as in the technical project processing Customer-oriented appearance, communication strength and team capacity Structured operation, problem-solving competence and responsibility awareness Good knowledge in MS-Office; ideally experience with ERP/order management systems High level of security awareness and willingness to occasional service operations on site readiness
