HR IT Consultant (m/f/d)

For ProMinent IT Consulting GmbH we are looking for a HR IT Consultant (m/w/d).

HR IT System Care: You are responsible for technical system maintenance and customizing the established HR IT landscape (e.g. SAP HCM, Fiori, SharePoint etc.) as well as the adjacent systems. System development: You analyze new requirements from the human resources sector (e.g. digitalization), implement them technically and processally and ensure the continuous optimization of the HR systems. Error analysis and support: You carry out technical analyses in system errors in close cooperation with the HR department, provide 2nd level support for users and carry out practical training. Interface responsibility: You act as a central interface between the HR department, the IT department and external service providers to promote smooth communication and cooperation. International project work: You take over the technical support of our global HR processes in the medium term and accompany international rollouts.

Academic background: You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. HR IT experience: You have several years of professional experience in the technical support and implementation of HR IT systems, ideally SAP HCM. Expertise: You bring well-founded knowledge in HR processes and their technical mapping in IT systems. Personal strengths: You are characterized by analytical thinking, a structured working and team capacity. Innovation joy: You bring energy and motivation to actively promote changes. Language knowledge: You master German and English in word and writing at a very good level.
