The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

For our school cooperation offer PUSCH (practice and school) with the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule Bensheim, we are looking for a third PUSCH class on 01.08.2026

Would you like to become part of a dedicated teacher team and support young people on their way to graduation? Our project "Praxis und Schule" (PUSCH), in cooperation with the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule Bensheim and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), offers you this opportunity. PUSCH promotes growth and employment through social pedagogical support of young people. The aim is to provide them with the (qualifying) primary education and to provide them with training or further education. Our PUSCH measure was tested by the association Continuing Education Hessen e.V. and awarded the quality seal “tested training facility”.

How does your day look like • Together with 2 experienced colleagues, you actively participate in the planning, preparation, coordination and implementation of projects and internships • Develop effective preventive measures and intervention strategies in group conflicts • Create and update individual funding plans for our students • Set a strong focus on parental work as a central focus • Coordinate communication with our partners • Support in the areas of occupational orientation and reflection of occupational practice

We wish of them • You have successfully completed a study of social work, social education, diploma education, etc. • You have experience with the education system • Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of youth assistance.
