Your tasks with us Main tasks: Implementation of monthly financial accounting (debitors, creditors, accounts) Booking and voting of banks, credit cards and cash registers Preparation and production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Monitoring of payment and reminding Care and coordination of accounts Support for economic evaluations and analyses Other activities: Care and control of accounting issues Preparation of documents for external contact persons such as authorities or tax advisors Working with personal administrative processes, e.g. travel costs and expenses Takeover of small projects within accounting (depending on qualifications and experience)

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in financial accounting Good knowledge of tax law of advantage (in particular turnover tax law) Secure handling of common accounting software (DATEV, Navision, MS Business Central) Self-employed, structured and careful working Reliability, discretion and marked service orientation
