Operation, configuration and continuous development of the Software Asset Management Tool (SAM) including ensuring data quality Supporting the areas and main users through customizing, reporting, KPI facility as well as user and role management Planning and implementation of updates, upgrades and system adjustments in cooperation with internal and external partners Conception, implementation and further development of interfaces to inventory, contract, financial and other source systems Further development of the SAM tool landscape and automation of processes in software asset management Support for the operation and further development of CMDB as a central data base for the Software Asset Management Support for licensing and compliance audits as well as documentation of system landscape, processes and technical interfaces

Completed training or study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in software asset management, IT-asset management or license management as well as very good knowledge of a commercially available SAM tool Knowledge of software licensing and experience with interfaces, APIs and automation solutions Good technical understanding of databases, IT infrastructures as well as BI, reporting and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Ideally experience in building, operating and customizing CMDBs as well as knowledge of data models and CI structures Understanding ITIL processes, in particular configuration, change and asset management Analytical, structured and independent mode of operation and high communication strength in German and English (at least B2 level)
