Prototype construction: Practical construction, wiring and commissioning of new machine and automation solutions from experimental setup to functional prototype Development support: cooperation in the development of electrotechnical and control solutions through practical implementation, technical feedback and suggestions for improvement Control conversion: programming, parameterization and adaptation of PLC, drive, sensor and actuator systems based on defined system concepts and functional requirements Testing and Optimization: Conducting practical tests, systematic troubleshooting and step-by-step optimization of functions, assemblies and installations Hardware and interface integration: installation, connection, configuration and coordination of electrical components and interfaces between mechanics, electrical and control Component assessment: Practical testing and evaluation of suitable components and support in selection, procurement and standardization Industrialization and rollout: Technical implementation of the transfer of proven prototypes into robust, documented series solutions and support in rollout on further production facilities Documentation: Creation and maintenance of schematics, unit lists, test logs and technical work documents taking into account regulatory requirements Plant care: Sustainable troubleshooting, technical development as well as demand-oriented maintenance and maintenance of electrical and automation systems in the clean room environment Electrical safety: testing of the proper state of electrical installations and equipment and practical implementation of electrical standards and protective measures

Qualification: Completed training as an electronics engineer for automation technology (w/m/d), electronics engineer for equipment and systems (w/m/d), industrial electricians (w/m/d) or comparable technical training Expertise: Good practical knowledge in electrical engineering, automation technology and measurement, control and control technology Project competence: Experience in the practical implementation of electrotechnical and automation solutions from experimental setup to functional plant Technical understanding: Safe handling of schematics, technical documentation and functional descriptions as well as basic knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics Automation technology: Practical knowledge in PLC, drive, sensor technology, actuator technology and interface technology Plant experience: experience in the construction, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization of machines and production plants Co-ordination capability: Ability to coordinate cooperation with engineers, internal departments, suppliers and external service providers in building and implementing technical solutions Regulatory environment: knowledge in technical documentation, electrotechnical standards and quality-regulated production environments are advantageous Working method: Structured, careful and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced practical implementation competence Personal competencies: team skills, communication strength, initiative and awareness of responsibility Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge
