For our shopping center in Landshut we are looking for a dedicated personality as of 1 January 2027 Center Management Assistant (w/m/d) in full time (40 h/week)

You communicate with customers, tenants and partners and are an important contact person in the Center You coordinate appointments and prepare tenant newsletters You take commercial administrative tasks, including correspondence and management of the cash registers You are involved in planning and managing the advertising budget You support rental processes and related tasks You organize events and events at the Center You prepare and publish online content for the website as well as our social media platforms You will start presentations and take part in various projects

A completed commercial training, e.g. as an office man or retailer/wife Ideally, first professional experience in a comparable position A customer- and service-oriented appearance as well as an independent and reliable operation A fast conception and a strong organizational talent High commitment, communication strength and commitment Embossed team capacity and joy in cooperation Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
