Complete university studies in the scientific or engineering field minimum. 5 years of experience in an advanced leadership role and the ability to lead and develop a large team in a regulated environment Knowledge of Lean Management, Process Optimization, Packaging Processes and Quality Management (ideally the Pharmaceutical Industry) Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills Communication strength in German and English Enforcement and a pronounced customer orientation High responsibility for compliance with quality and safety standards Excellent organizational skills, solution orientation and structured working
