You carry out all administrative personnel processes from entry to exit (contracting, correspondence, master data maintenance etc.) You will ensure the timely creation of the monthly pay bill and take into account employment contractual, wage tax and social insurance requirements You enter an assigned group of employees and you are contact person*in for all questions concerning wage and salary accounting You continuously optimize our internal pay billing processes and work out relevant specialist documentation and content for knowledge management

You have a degree in business, a degree in personnel management or a comparable qualification You bring at least. 3 years of professional experience in Payroll/Personal Management You have good knowledge of wage tax and social security law and basic skills in labour law Knowledge of the Navision Napa wage billing tool is advantageous You work structured, conscientious and independent You are teamable and service-oriented
