Portfolio Manager Loan Investments Infrastructure / Real Estate (m/f/d)

As part of our specialized investment team, you actively contribute to financing forward-looking projects in the areas of infrastructure, renewable energies and real estate. Investment structuring: cooperation in structuring, testing and implementing credit investments in infrastructure, renewable energies and real estate Investment analysis: Identification and evaluation of new investments including economic, financial and credit-based due diligence as well as analysis of cash flow models and credit ratings Documentation: Support for the creation and structured preparation of investment templates for department management and board Transaction conversion: Commercial, legal and technical support of credit investments over the entire life cycle and the implementation of trading activities Stock management: ongoing monitoring of stock investments including reporting, documentation, derivation of recommendations for action and cooperation with internal and external partners

Qualification: Complete study of economics or financial sciences; bank-based training of advantage Professional experience: First relevant experience in portfolio management, structuring or credit risk management, ideally in infrastructure, renewable energies or real estate Expertise: Continuing training in credit or analysis (e.g. MBA, CAIA, CFA, CIIA) desirable as well as very good understanding of credit markets and complex financial relationships Working & Personality: Structured, conceptual working, high quality orientation, strong communication and team skills as well as responsibility IT- & Language Competence: Secure handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as very good English skills in word and font
