Supporting the school director of the Gymnasium in the organization and management of the pedagogical and administrative processes and tasks in everyday school Representation of the Director in case of absence Participation in quality assurance and development in relation to the Gymnasium and teaching according to the Berlin educational plans Support in the further development of the basic gymnasium Co-responsibility for compliance with school regulations Supporting leadership and personnel responsibility for the teachers of the High School Support of the College in the field of parental communication and in the context of parental talks Close cooperation with the head of the school in the selection of new employees and the further development and binding of existing employees Remarkable: Hours, Representation and Supervisory Plan Design with the Software “Untis” and “WebUntis” Participation in technical, class and overall conferences as well as in lessons Teaching responsibility (max. 10 lessons per week) Support for the inclusion of new students: within the framework of the school guidelines and processes Development and coordination of uniform rules and procedures for positive cooperation at school Representation of the Gymnasium inside and outside (together with the head of the school)

Completed 1st and 2nd State Exams for the Teaching Office of High Schools or an Equality Decision with a Berlin Teaching Office of the Senate Administration for Education, Youth and Family, or another Berlin-appointed teaching qualification for High Schools Multiannual professional and teaching experience in the field of high school Experience in management functions and in cooperation/coordination of teams and school processes Good knowledge of English Ideally experience with hourly and representation planning (with Untis and WebUntis) Representative team capacity and willingness to constructive cooperation in the College Very good enforcement and organizational capacity Communication strength and the ability to understand complex facts Empathy and intercultural competence in dealing with a diverse student:internality and their parents Motivation to work in an international school environment
