Construction Manager / Site Manager in Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Monitoring, coordination and organisation of all construction work in accordance with contractual obligations in all phases of the project Use predominantly on site construction sites in the D/A/CH region Construction planning and cost estimation and hourly cost calculation scheduling, control and monitoring Coordination and interface coordination with all involved trade unions Guided tour of the building journal and organisation of meetings Ensuring and implementing safety guidelines at construction sites

Complete vocational training as well as masters, technicians or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the handling of large-scale projects in plant engineering, ideally in the pharmaceutical or process engineering industry Experience in project management Very high readiness to travel within the D/A/CH region (or within the VTU Group countries) Communication strength, conflictability and enforcement Self-responsible operation and loadability Joy in cooperation with people from different disciplines Very good knowledge of German and English
