Handling of offers and orders in the spare parts area according to predetermined processes and guidelines settlement of returns, complaints and credits according to internal requirements Support in the evaluation of sales data and in simple analyses for identifying optimization potentials Tracking of offers and monitoring of payment targets according to established rules Maintenance of customer and master data as well as preparation of commission accounting Written and telephone customer correspondence in German and English Date monitoring of current orders and notification of deviations and errors to the relevant departments Work for disposition and costing of spare parts Participation in internal improvement measures and projects under clearly defined tasks

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Professional experience in the commercial or sales environment Very good user knowledge in MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous Good English knowledge of word and writing Experience in dealing with national and international customers desirable Careful, structured and reliable operation Embossed service and customer orientation Team spirit, joy in cooperation with adjacent specialist departments and other cultures
