Advising the management as well as specialists and executives on tax and product-law issues of life insurance, pension funds and support funds with a focus on private and operational pension schemes together with experienced colleagues Cooperation with our different teams for product design, in particular the AVB and tax advice for life insurance products as well as other contract and marketing documents Examination and accompaniment of incoming complaints, together with external lawyers: Implementation of regulatory and tax requirements, e.g. process optimization in customer service or support the creation of tax returns for our support funds Exchange and negotiations with customers:inside and with our internal interfaces

Successfully completed legal or economic studies Interest in insurance law, tax law and private and occupational pensions lust for structured integration and specialization on exciting future topics of old age provision First skills, complex legal and tax issues to be presented addressable, understandable and practical Good understanding of economic relations and a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working Communication and negotiation skills as well as joy in cooperation in teams Curiosity for new legal and tax developments and openness for digitalization, process optimization and the use of AI technologies No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
