Technical Support - Cleaning Technology (Robotics) (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Technical support for the service organization in the cleaning technology product group (focus on robotics)
• Preparation and implementation of technical service training in presence and online
• Analysis of fault images in the field in close cooperation with the specialist departments and active participation in the finding of causes and solutions
• Creation of technical documentation, service information and troubleshooting instructions to support efficient troubleshooting in the service
• Active participation in product development projects and new product introductions by introducing service experiences and technical know-how
• Systematic documentation and evaluation of support cases for identifying recurring errors and deriving improvements
• Support in the introduction and development of service tools (e.g. diagnostic software, visual support systems) and knowledge databases

Your profile

• Complete technical training, e.g. in the field of electronics, mechatronics, IT system electronics (masters or technicians) or completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, robotics, automation technology)
• Professional experience in technical service or central customer service desirable
• Good understanding of complex technical relationships and ability to communicate them in a comprehensible manner
• Embossed team and communication skills
• Finding knowledge in electrical engineering, sensor technology, drive technology, control or network technology desirable
• Basic understanding of software architectures, interfaces and ideally first experience with robotics systems or autonomous machines
• Experience in troubleshooting and systematic problem analysis as well as in dealing with diagnostic and analysis tools
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation
• Good knowledge of MS Office and good English skills in word and writing
• readiness to travel
