As a Financial Project Manager at Greencells, you are the key player for all commercial topics related to our major international projects. You produce project-specific cash flow models, forecasts and other analyses and create a project team together with the technical project manager. At the same time, you are in continuous exchange with other departments such as Sales, Procurement, Controlling or Legal, in order to have a close look at the project at any time.

The role is ideal for candidates with business background and professional experience in the international project business. You should have the pleasure of working yourself on new issues and taking operational responsibility, as you will work very close to the project.

Your tasks

Central contact person for all commercial issues related to the project - from initiation to completion Rolling update of project-specific cash flow planning in close coordination with Procurement/Treasury Tracking the financial performance of EPC projects, including cost control, payment security/bonds and cost-effectiveness analyses Monitoring of EPC contracts and project performance, and identification (commercial) risks and opportunities Support of the technical project manager for various topics such as updating the ERP system, checking invoices or legal issues Ensuring the correct accounting of project-related processes, as well as maintaining the ERP system and further development of the BI tool Examination and approval of orders and invoices in the ERP system Support in the Pre-Construction Phase (Sales) and in the Review (Lessons Learned) Coordination with international cross-departmental teams and formation of an interface between the operational project management / the financial sector and the other departments Support for other financial projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management with the focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification Financial experience in an international company, with reference to renewable energy or construction Experience in the project business desirable and the handling of large projects of advantage, but no prerequisite Very safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and experience in handling ERP systems/BI tools independent and structured working methods, as well as an analytical thinking and understanding of numbers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Interest in PV business and renewable energies
