The place is limited until 31.12.2027 and is to be occupied in part-time (19 hours/week). The distribution of the 19 hours/week is flexible and scheduleable.

Implementation of the fee billing in compliance with statutory and contractual requirements for a defined area including typical upstream and downstream activities Collection and verification of accounting data in SAP HCM according to tax and social insurance criteria Support, support and advice for personal, labour and collective bargaining issues Processing and care of additional topics such as contracting, work certificates, bAV, individual allowance, utility vehicles etc. Implementation of reporting and certification Further development and optimization of HR processes in the Employee Lifecycle

Professional training, ideally with training for/to the personnel specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification with multiannual professional experience in the independent implementation of the pay bill very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Experience in personnel management and personnel accounting secure knowledge of the personnel administration in SAP HCM good numerical understanding and joy in the further development of HR processes careful, discrete and reliable operation; team- and service-oriented You have the pleasure of working with different internal interfaces such as Recruiting, HR-Controlling, HR-Business Partners and the Works Council
