Hausmeister/Haustechniker (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Maintenance, maintenance and repair of buildings, installations and technical facilities
• Monitoring and maintenance of production halls, warehouses and office buildings
• Controlling and ensuring the function of domestic engineering (e.g. heating, ventilation, lighting)
• Small repairs in metal, doors, windows and operating equipment
• Maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities (e.g. winter service, green care)
• Support for reconstruction and internal relocations
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers and craftsmen

Your profile:

• Complete training in a craftsmanship desirable
• Handicraft skill
• Careful and reliable operation
• Class B driving licence
• forklift truck
