From the first idea of a new packaging via engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning, state-of-the-art packaging technology for the confectionery industry is being developed in the Upper Franconian Altendorf. Support of construction departments Participation in the introduction of cross-departmental business processes including mapping in the PDM, ERP and CAD systems as well as corresponding specialist software Ensuring the optimal usability of CAD, PDM, CAM & ERP Daily system & error analysis 1st Level Suppart for all CAd users Implementation of updates & in-house training Adaptation & Configuration of Interfaces to Other Tools & Systems

Successfully completed (technical) studies or comparable qualification (technicians etc) Good knowledge of CAD systems First experience in supporting CAD users of advantage Experience in the support of IT systems in the engineering sector desirable Basic programming skills Basic knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP) desirable Communicate team player with problem-solving competence as well as independent working very good German and English skills Understanding Business Processes (Blick über den Tellerrand)
