The work student activity covers up to 20 hours a week during the semester and in the lecture-free period up to 38.5 hours a week. What you do with us: You are present: You prepare presentations on HR-relevant topics according to target groups. You'll get involved: You support the creation of HR-relevant communication for internal communication channels (including Intranet, Confluence, Slack). You take responsibility: You contribute to the seminar management for REWE digital as well as to the preparation of teambuildings and workshops. You will show commitment: You will research up-to-date people & culture-relevant topics and trends (e.g. Gartner, Online Searches). You keep your colleague free: you support the documentation of internal HR processes that facilitates the daily work of our HR partners. Your expertise is available: You assist in HR projects and take over administrative tasks (e.g. preparation of protocols, pre- and post-processing). You keep an overview: You support the appointment coordination of the HR team.

You already have practical experience as a student remedy. You are enrolled in a full-time study of (economic) psychology, business management, economics or a comparable degree course.
