Construction Supervisor Maintenance Electrical Engineering

Contractor representation: You take over the permanent and independent contractor representation in the construction of electrical engineering in the field of civil engineering. You control the design and ensure that all technical, legal and operational requirements are complied with. Coordinate & list: As a building supervisor, you are instructing contractors, safety oversights and security posts and monitor their activities at the construction site. In addition, you control qualifications, internal admissions and social insurance requirements of the employed employees. Monitor & check: You control compliance with safety, work, environmental and traffic safety requirements on the construction sites, including construction mine protection, construction and traffic safety plans. In addition, you will check building day reports, dimensions and masses as well as invoices and pay attention to order and cleanliness at the construction site. Document & Ensure: You check and document cable trays, first set up operating instructions and permissions (e.g. for night work) and ensure the cleaning, functionality and order of the equipment including notification of defects.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training as an electronic engineer, industrial mechanic, or have completed a comparable vocational training. You are already bringing with or willing to acquire the advanced training for specified activities. Expertise & know-how: You have well-founded knowledge in the field of construction monitoring, civil engineering or maintenance of electrical installations. Safe handling of common computer programs such as Microsoft Office and SAP is familiar to you. Flexibility & mobility: You are in possession of a class B driver's license. Call readiness as well as bets in day, late or night service are not an obstacle to you. Personality & Working: Team skills are just as natural for you as an independent and structured way of working. A high degree of flexibility and self-initiative complete your profile.
