In this position you will develop and visualize with the product and specialist business processes; in addition, you will co-organize or moderate the expert teams with a focus on commercial and administra­tive processes. You evaluate the actual state of processes by means of reliable methods and, in a defined project team, provide the desired and future-oriented target state. In addition, the BPM portal provides support for the interactive workflows related to process changes. In addition, you will support the specialist HR, Controlling and Finance in the conversion of legal and normative requirements and thus optimise the processes.

A completed training with a further training to the technologist/master (m/w/d) or a degree course forms the basis for this position. Ideally, you bring several years of experience into the application of BPM-Portal software and can present process experiences in HR, consulting and finance. In addition, you have a very good understanding of enrichment and system-wide operations and good knowledge in MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote). High social competencies and communication strength in German and English are used both in the team and in the interdisciplinar.
