Group Leader Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

You are leading the group of civil engineering with about 40 colleagues, which has been characterised by strong staffing in recent years. Your understanding of leadership is consistent with the corporate principles and you are willing to constantly develop this understanding, your own person and people in your group. Also, you are able to design concepts that will set up your group in the spirit of the corporate strategy. Through your structured work, you can quickly achieve visible successes. Within cross-departmental projects, you act as a representative of the department. You support your expertise and contribute your empathic way to achieving project goals. You pave the way for new structures of our in-house civil engineering team and make sure that optimal results will continue to be created when further development of the activities. Through clarity and leadership, you will be able to address different executives according to their needs and to significantly shape the structure of the civil engineering. You always keep the different thematic areas (house connections, superstructured network connections, district heatingHA/projects, water losses etc.) In addition, you take responsibility for our youngest. With your fingertips and human knowledge, you lead our trainees to the civil engineering specialist and support the masters in training.

With your technical degree (Master/Diplom or knowledge and experience you have gained in comparable activities), you have an extensive understanding of technical relationships and management deepening, in the best case with a VNB. Your quick understanding allows you to constantly work into new facts. You have an extensive, coaching-oriented understanding of leadership and apply it to lead your employees and thus the group to the best possible successes. You draw up your own knowledge and recognize relevant topics within your area of expertise. You are able to look beyond the edge of the plate and not only keep in mind the cover of your own group but the entire company. With your communicative strength, you can tune both internal and external process participants to the common task and drive them forward Your affinity for numbers and your commercial understanding allows you to take over budget responsibility within the group and to illustrate commercial issues in the context of economic planning.
