Be part of our highly specialized team in Mannheim and make a decisive contribution to the diagnosis of haematological diseases. Their expertise is required to ensure the high quality of our diagnostics in the fields of hematology, bone marrow diagnosis and flow cytometry. This is one of your tasks: Preparation, assessment and differentiation of blood images and blood smears Creation and processing of bone marrow screeds including filtration of bone marrow samples and screeds performing haematological dyeings and microscopic differentiations Sample processing in flow cytometry Ensuring structured sample management Technical validation and implementation and documentation of quality assurance measures Cooperation with doctors, scientists and other fields Active participation in the further development of diagnostic processes and quality standards

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual practical experience in hematology is absolutely necessary for this position Good knowledge of microscopic blood and bone marrow differentiation Ideally experience in flow cytometry A sense of responsibility and an independent and precise way of working Embossed team capacity, flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment Safe application of modern laboratory software and MS Office programs Good German knowledge
