(Senior) UX Consultant (m/f/d)

Description You are part of the 20-headed performance team and help over 30 customers analyze and develop their performance. Your tasks include the strategic conception of the user experience, the planning and implementation of A/B tests as well as the analysis of the results in different tools – with the aim of improving the KPIs of our customers sustainably. Your tasks in detail: Strategic conception and continuous development of the user experience along the entire customer journey Planning, implementation and evaluation of A/B tests for data-based optimization of websites and landing pages Analysis of user behavior with heatmaps, session recordings and web analysis tools Interpretation of large amounts of data and derivation of concrete optimization measures to improve relevant KPIs (conversion rate, click-through rate) Development of hypotheses based on psychological triggers and behaviour patterns (e.g. Google Bias, Messy Middle, decision paralysis) Close cooperation with SEO, content, design and development to implement optimization measures Creation of Mockups and Click Dummies to Visualize UX Ideas Monitoring and reporting of measures and their impact on user behaviour and target achievement Support in customer communication and support Continuous monitoring of market and competition trends and deriving appropriate measures UX trainings and workshops for customers/employees:inside Project planning/project management

Qualifications That's what you bring: Complete studies in media informatics, communication design, media psychology, media or a design education (or comparable) Mind. 3 years of experience in agency, in-house and/or media with UX focus Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking Experience in handling large amounts of data and their interpretation Understanding UX principles, conversion optimization and user behavior along the customer journey Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g.AB Tasty, Optimizely) as well as heatmap tools (e.g. Hotjar, Clarity, Crazy Egg) Very good knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics Safe handling of Excel or comparable data analysis tools as well as very good PowerPoint skills ability to derive data-based action recommendations and implement them in the team Ideally experience with mockup tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) for visual concept development Basic knowledge of graphic design and layout as well as HTML or JavaScript – no need, but a plus Quick understanding and high level of learning
